Hello! Currently I’m a student at Yonsei University studying for my Master’s in Human Environment and Design. I am a researcher working within the DESIS Lab and my focus area centers around systemic service design. Previously, I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and Human-Computer Interaction. 

With a deep understanding of human cognition and systemic design, I intertwine user research with service design to untangle complex design systems. Many of the design gaps I tackle are focused social good and educational tools. My interests include topics like gamification, sustainability, and service design.
